Project 1 research: Quorum
Quorum was designed by Ray Baker as an ITC sans-serif font family. Quorum was created in 1977. It is interesting in the fact that it very much appears to be a serif font. Quorum uses manipulations of its main stroke to "fake" serifs. The font as a whole is about its subtleties that come together to form a very successful typeface.
The typeface is very much suited for advertising due to its readability and elegance.
